The Sun Hydraulics SQFBKNN (SQFBKNN) is a kickdown sequence valve designed for hydraulic systems where a complete and maintained open flow path is required once the inlet pressure at port 1 exceeds the valve setting. This valve facilitates an unrestricted flow from port 1 to port 2, with its operation reliant on the pressure differential between these ports and a relative pressure at drain port 3. It remains open as long as the inlet pressure surpasses the outlet pressure, requiring a decrease in inlet pressure below the setpoint and cessation of flow for reset. Notably, this valve should not be employed in load-holding applications due to its design. The SQFBKNN features interchangeable three-port sequence cartridges, ensuring compatibility within similar frame sizes.
