The Sun Hydraulics SQFBLNN (SQFBLNN) is a kickdown sequence valve designed to deliver an unrestricted flow path from port 1 to port 2 once the pressure at inlet port 1 exceeds the valve's setting. This valve is particularly suited for applications where it is positioned on the actuator side of a hydraulic system, as flow through the valve must stop for it to reset. It features a unique floating style construction that minimizes internal part binding due to excessive installation torque or machining variations. The main stage orifice is safeguarded by a 150-micron stainless steel screen, ensuring durability and reliability in operation. With a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar) and a capacity of 30 gpm (120 L/min), this sequence valve provides robust performance under demanding conditions.
