The Sun Hydraulics SQFBMBV (SQFBMBV) is a kickdown sequence valve designed for applications requiring a complete and sustained open flow path once the inlet port pressure exceeds the valve's set threshold. This model is specifically engineered to create an unrestricted flow from port 1 to port 2, provided that the pressure at port 1 remains above that at port 2. The valve resets when the pressure at port 1 drops below its setting, flow ceases between ports, and the pressure at port 2 equals or surpasses that at port 1. Notably interchangeable, this three-port sequence cartridge maintains consistent functionality and physical dimensions across varying frame sizes but is not suitable for load holding applications. The SQFBMBV incorporates a main stage orifice protected by a stainless steel screen with a maximum operating pressure of 5000 psi (350 bar).
