The Sun Hydraulics SQFBONN (SQFBONN) is a kickdown sequence valve designed for hydraulic systems where the valve will kick completely open and remain open once the inlet port pressure exceeds the valve setting. This creates an unrestricted flow path from port 1 to port 2, with the pressure setting at port 1 being relative to the drain port 3. The valve stays open as long as the pressure at port 1 exceeds that at port 2. To reset, pressure at port 1 must fall below the valve's setting, flow from port 1 to port 2 must stop, and pressure at port 2 must be equal to or greater than that at port 1. Notably interchangeable with other three-port sequence cartridges, this model should not be used in load holding applications.
