The Sun Hydraulics SQJBKWV (SQJBKWV) is a kickdown sequence valve designed to provide an unrestricted flow path from port 1 to port 2 once the pressure at the inlet port 1 exceeds the valve setting. This valve remains open as long as the pressure at port 1 is greater than that at port 2, and resets only when specific conditions are met: pressure at port 1 must drop below the valve's setting, flow from port 1 to port 2 must stop, and pressure at port 2 must be equal to or greater than that at port 1. It features a main stage orifice protected by a 150-micron stainless steel screen and incorporates Sun's floating style construction to minimize internal part binding due to excessive installation torque or machining variations. The maximum operating pressure is set at 5000 psi (350 bar), with a typical response time of 25 ms and a maximum valve leakage of 5 in\u00b3/min (80 cc/min) at 110 SUS (24 cSt).
