The Sun Hydraulics VWN (VWN) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems, featuring a cross pilot, ninety-degree body configuration. It accommodates two open cavities and is compatible with T-11A cavity cartridges. The manifold includes two mounting holes with a diameter of .34 inches (8.6 mm) that pass through the body, ensuring secure installation. Engineered to interface without additional components, the manifold has 12 NPTF port sizes for efficient fluid transfer. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability under standard operating conditions, although it is not anodized to maintain cost-effectiveness and avoid increased fatigue life issues associated with anodizing. The manifold is suitable for applications requiring robust performance at pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), making it ideal for various hydraulic control systems where reliability and system integrity are critical.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
