The Sun Hydraulics VZP (Material Number: VZP) is a line mount manifold designed to accommodate high flow valves with a direct mount, cross pilot interface. This manifold features a T22A cavity and is equipped with 12 BSPP port sizes, making it versatile for various hydraulic applications. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, the VZP offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability without the need for anodizing, which can reduce fatigue life. The manifold includes 22 mounting holes with a diameter of .42 inches and a depth that goes through the entire body, allowing for secure installation. These holes are complemented by counterbores measuring .69 inches in diameter and .39 inches in depth. The VZP's design ensures reliable performance under pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), provided that these conditions align with the material's limitations. This product is ideal for applications requiring robust hydraulic connections while maintaining system integrity and longevity.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
