The Sun Hydraulics W7Q (Material Number: W7Q) is a high-quality line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems. This manifold features a ninety-degree, panel mount body type with four 10-24 UNC 2B in. mounting hole threads, each with a depth of .38 inches. It is engineered to accommodate one open cavity, specifically the T-11A cavity, and includes a port size of 1/4 NPTF. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, the manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and strength while remaining lightweight and cost-effective. The design does not include anodizing to preserve its fatigue life and reduce potential issues such as increased breakaway torque or inspection difficulties. This manifold is ideal for applications requiring reliable hydraulic flow management within pressure limits up to 3000 psi (210 bar). Its robust construction ensures durability in demanding environments while maintaining ease of installation and maintenance.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
