The Sun Hydraulics WPJ (Material Number: WPJ) is a line mount manifold designed with a Gresen interface and features a ninety-degree body type. It includes two mounting holes with a diameter of 0.41 inches (10.4 mm) that go through the body, providing secure installation options. The manifold accommodates one open cavity, specifically the T11A cavity, and is equipped with 12 NPTF port sizes. Made from 6061 T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance due to the inherent properties of the alloy, making it suitable for various hydraulic applications where durability and longevity are essential. However, it is important to note that this aluminum construction limits the maximum system pressure to 3000 psi (210 bar). The WPJ model is particularly advantageous for high-flow valve systems due to its robust design and compatibility with Sun's cartridge cavities. This product does not undergo anodization processes, as Sun Hydraulics prioritizes maintaining material integrity over additional wear surface treatments that could potentially reduce fatigue life by introducing brittle surfaces prone to crack initiation under pressure. The WPJ model's design emphasizes reliability and efficiency in hydraulic systems while accommodating specific installation requirements through its standardized line mount configuration.

Notes:
- Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
