The Sun Hydraulics WTO (WTO) is a line mount hydraulic manifold designed for seamless integration into hydraulic systems. This particular model features a through port 2 with a gauge port, providing an efficient flow path for hydraulic fluid. It is equipped with a 1 NPTF port size, making it compatible with standard hydraulic fittings. The manifold includes two mounting holes threaded at .375-16 UNC 2B in., each with a depth of .62 inches, ensuring secure and stable installation. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, the WTO offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability while maintaining a lightweight profile. It is designed to accommodate one open cavity and utilizes the T19A cavity type for versatile application options. This manifold is not anodized to preserve its fatigue life and maintain cost-effectiveness in production. Ideal for applications requiring robust performance under pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), the Sun Hydraulics WTO ensures reliable operation without compromising on safety or efficiency.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
