The Sun Hydraulics WXO (Material Number: WXO) is a line mount manifold designed with a 1.50 SAE C62 interface, making it suitable for high-flow hydraulic applications. This flange mount through port manifold features a mounting hole diameter of .66 inches and a depth that extends through the body, with additional counterbore dimensions of .97 inches in diameter and .59 inches in depth. The manifold accommodates open cavities with the T19A cavity type and is compatible with port sizes of 1 1/2 Code 62. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance without the need for anodizing, which can reduce fatigue life due to its brittle nature. It's important to note that while this aluminum body provides durability, it is not rated for system pressures exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar). This product is ideal for hydraulic systems requiring robust yet lightweight components and fits seamlessly into existing setups thanks to its inch-based flange design.

Notes:
  • This manifold is designed to work with an inch based flange.
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
