The Sun Hydraulics X6M (Material Number: X6M) is a subplate designed specifically for hydraulic systems, featuring an ISO 03 interface with ports located on the P side. This component is constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, known for its strength, cost-effectiveness, and excellent corrosion resistance. It includes a total of four mounting holes with a diameter of .28 inches (7.1 mm), and these holes extend through the entire depth of the subplate. Additionally, each hole has a counterbore diameter of .41 inches (10.4 mm) and a counterbore depth of .25 inches (6.4 mm). The X6M model offers one open cavity with a T-13A cavity designation and features 3/8 BSPP port sizes. The manifold is suitable for applications requiring robust plumbing solutions within hydraulic systems, ensuring reliable performance without the need for anodizing due to its material properties. However, it is important to note that this aluminum manifold should not be used in systems where pressures exceed 3000 psi (210 bar), as exceeding this limit could compromise its integrity.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
