The Sun Hydraulics XTJ (XTJ) is a versatile hydraulic subplate designed for use with ISO 03 interface valves. This robust component features a gasket mounted on port A, while all other ports are located on the side, facilitating easy integration into existing hydraulic systems. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, the XTJ subplate offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. Although anodizing could enhance certain properties, Sun Hydraulics opts against it to maintain cost-effectiveness and avoid complications such as increased breakaway torque and reduced fatigue life. The XTJ subplate is suitable for applications requiring reliable hydraulic connections without exceeding a maximum system pressure of 3000 psi (210 bar). This product does not include any open cavities, ensuring a streamlined design for efficient performance in various hydraulic setups.

Notes:
- Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
