The Sun Hydraulics XYW (XYW) is a specialized motor mount manifold designed for seamless integration with Eaton Char-Lynn H and S series motors. This direct mount component features a cross pilot design with two gasket ports, ensuring efficient hydraulic fluid management. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, the manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability, making it suitable for various applications requiring robust performance in challenging environments. The manifold is equipped with 14 NPTF port sizes, providing compatibility with standard hydraulic systems. It includes open cavities of type 22 and cavity T11A, enhancing its versatility in complex hydraulic setups. Notably, while the manifold is not anodized to maintain cost-effectiveness and fatigue life, its construction material ensures long-lasting service without significant wear issues. Ideal for controlling and protecting hydraulic motors, this motor mount manifold supports up to a maximum system pressure of 3000 psi (210 bar), making it a reliable choice for demanding hydraulic applications.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
