The Sun Hydraulics Z7C (Material Number: Z7C) is a line mount manifold designed for hydraulic applications. This product is characterized by its direct mount body type with a through port 2 interface, compatible with the 0.75 SAE C61 standard. The manifold features four mounting holes with a diameter of 0.41 inches (10.4 mm) and depth through, along with a counterbore diameter of 0.59 inches (15.0 mm) and depth of 0.38 inches (9.7 mm). It has an open cavity T2A and port size compatible with the 3/4 Code 61 standard. The Z7C manifold is constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, chosen for its strength, cost-effectiveness, machinability, availability in various shapes and sizes, and excellent corrosion resistance. Although anodizing could potentially enhance corrosion resistance or provide a hard wear surface, Sun Hydraulics opts not to anodize these manifolds due to increased costs, logistical challenges, potential inconsistencies in appearance, and reduced fatigue life caused by anodizing. This manifold is suitable for high-flow hydraulic systems where direct mounting capabilities are essential. Its design ensures compatibility with specific SAE standards while maintaining structural integrity up to pressures of 3000 psi (210 bar), making it ideal for various demanding applications within hydraulic systems that require reliable performance under pressure constraints dictated by its aluminum construction.

Notes:
- Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
