The Sun Hydraulics ZCF (Material Number: ZCF) is a versatile line mount manifold designed for hydraulic systems. This component features a 1.00 SAE C62 interface and is constructed with a sandwich mount through port body, allowing for seamless integration into existing systems. It is engineered with four mounting holes, each having a diameter of 0.50 inches, and supports through-hole depth for easy installation. The ZCF manifold accommodates a 3/4 BSPP port size and includes one open cavity designed to fit the T-3A cavity type. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance without the need for anodizing, which preserves its structural integrity by avoiding potential fatigue life reduction associated with anodized surfaces. The design supports high flow rates and can be used in various applications where durable and reliable hydraulic connections are needed. However, users must carefully consider the maximum system pressure as these aluminum manifolds are not rated for pressures exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar).

Notes:
  • This manifold is designed to work with an inch based flange.
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
