The Sun Hydraulics ZCM (Material Number: ZCM) is a line mount manifold designed with a 0.75 SAE C62 interface, featuring a flange mount through port configuration. This product includes an open cavity, specifically the T10A cavity, and is compatible with 3/4 Code 62 port sizes. The manifold body is crafted from 6061T651 aluminum, chosen for its strength, cost-effectiveness, machinability, availability in various shapes and sizes, and excellent corrosion resistance. This manifold does not undergo anodization due to several factors including cost implications, logistical challenges, consistency issues in appearance and stamping post-anodization, increased breakaway torque during removal of components, and significantly reduced fatigue life. The Sun ZCM manifold is intended for use with inch-based flanges and should be used within the maximum system pressure limits dictated by its aluminum construction; it is not rated for pressures exceeding 3000 psi (210 bar).

Notes:
  • This manifold is designed to work with an inch based flange.
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
