The Sun Hydraulics ZNN (Material Number: ZNN) is a motor mount manifold specifically designed to interface with Eaton Char-Lynn 2000 motors. It features a cross pilot on B configuration and is equipped with open cavities that are compatible with T-2A cartridges. The manifold accommodates a port size of 3/4 BSPP, ensuring compatibility with various hydraulic systems. Constructed from 6061-T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance and strength, making it suitable for demanding environments. Despite the advantages of anodizing for enhanced wear surfaces and appearance, Sun Hydraulics opts not to anodize their manifolds due to considerations such as cost, logistics, and the potential reduction in fatigue life caused by anodizing. This choice ensures that the manifold maintains its structural integrity under pressure without initiating fatigue cracks. The ZNN model is intended to facilitate control and protection of hydraulic motors, offering reliable performance within systems operating at pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar).

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
