The Sun Hydraulics ZYX (ZYX) is a line mount hydraulic manifold designed for direct mounting applications. It features a special 2-bolt interface with a mounting hole diameter of 0.41 inches (10.4 mm) and includes two mounting holes. The manifold is equipped with an open cavity type T2A and has an SAE 8 port size for fluid connections. Constructed from 6061T651 aluminum, this manifold offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various hydraulic systems where durability and reliability are essential. The material choice ensures the manifold can withstand environmental challenges without anodizing, which is typically used to enhance corrosion resistance but can reduce fatigue life in aluminum components. This manifold is engineered to handle pressures up to 3000 psi (210 bar), making it a robust solution for high-flow valve applications that require efficient fluid management and distribution within hydraulic systems.

Notes:
  • Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
